He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High

It's Thursday morning, and we are about to get on a plane heading around the world to Hong Kong. I can't tell you how excited we are or how long we have been looking forward to this trip. And our great big Monkey Man (who got another tooth yesterday, by the way!) will have his first passport stamp before he reaches his first birthday!
Jon pieced together a panorama from pictures he took during his September, 2010, trip to Hong Kong.

Will you pray with us and for us while we are gone? We have been praying Psalm 91 over our trip (and our home in our absence, too), with our names put in:
Jon, Katie, and Gavrel who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Jon, Katie, and Gavrel will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
Surely he will save Jon, Katie, and Gavrel from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover us with his feathers, and under his wings we will find refuge; his faithfulness will be our shield and rampart.
We will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at our side, ten thousand at our right hand, but it will not come near us. We will only observe with our eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
If Jon, Katie, and Gavrel make the Most High our dwelling - even the Lord, who is our refuge - then no harm will befall us, no disaster will come near your tent.
For he will command his angels concerning Jon, Katie, and Gavrel to guard us in all our ways; they will lift us up in their hands, so that we will not strike our feet against a stone.
Jon, Katie, and Gavrel will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
"Because Jon, Katie, and Gavrel love me," says the Lord, "I will rescue them; I will protect them, for they acknowledge my name. They will call upon me, and I will answer them; I will be with them in trouble, I will deliver them and honor them. With long life will I satisfy them and show Jon, Katie, and Gavrel my salvation."
